I’ve been known to have sinus headache and sinus pressure in allergy season and of course Sunjing™ works effectively in those situations. But this year I got a new symptom I never had before, itching on the top of both my hands. The minute you scratch your hands they turn all pimply and red. I tried a few over the counter creams like cortisone that were useless. All my life, I have had very oily skin with large pores and had to be very careful of what was put on my face. It would breakout within minutes sometimes of using something that was heavy and greasy. I also had some skin damage at the base of my neck caused by too much sun in my twenties (several years ago). At the convention I picked up the Natique and to my surprise the spot on my neck has lessened. It was raised and angry looking and I thought for sure that a dermatologist was needed but no longer. I would never use all the steps on my entire face because of it being so oily. I couldn’t possibly see using step 3, especially on my nose. I would end up with one big pimple. So, okay, I would try and it has made my face feel so smooth, including my nose and the pores even seem to be smaller. Now I use Steps 1,2,4 and 3 in that order and sometimes spray my face with IS Defense between 2 and 4.

Right away after starting on the Limu Plus I realized that I slept very soundly – all night long! That is a blessing to me, since I have had insomnia for years. About a year ago I exploded into diabetes and my blood sugar was as high as 385. A normal fasting blood sugar should be around 100. I remember that night well driving home from the doctor’s office. I felt out of it and was losing my concentration and my vision wasn’t working right so I got off the freeway and rested about 20 minutes before finishing the drive home. That was a rude wake-up alert and it took me most of last year to get my blood sugar under control with continual increases required in my insulin injections.

I took the Shrink Team Challenge on in January using a shake and cookie as a meal replacement and lost over 20 Lbs. in the first five weeks. Yeah, that feels good but what started to happen next really lit up my day.
